Photoshop request

Ok, I give up. I took a wallpaper of a stock VRSCD (my bike) and photshopped it to look like mine. Now I want to extract JUST the bike out of it, save it as a png, and use it elsewhere...... and I can't get it. Halp? =(

Here's what I've got up till now:
