im planning to get a graphics card

im looking for something pretty decent and not too expensive

8800GTX or 8800 Ultra. hehe, they are pretty expensive but i can tell that they rock your socks off

 

[Duality]

We need some spec's on your computer 1st before anyone can really suggest anything bro.

I.E. PCI Express or AGP? Power Supply Wattage? Processor (for bottleneck)?

8600GT or 8600GTS. Get the 512 GT or the 320 GTS which uses ddr3 instead of ddr2. They both run you 100$ on newegg or at micro center.

i second the 4850, great performance, can be had for 150 or a bit more.
