Admin recruitment confusion

I been in the clan for at least a few weeks now. I was eager to move up on rank. I asked about it because I was new. From what I can tell. People are hand-picked from the higher-ups who have proved themselves as mature, responsible/capable people who deserve the promotion. I just got on the new counter strike server's today and I read on the opening page before picking which side I was going to be that EGO is looking mature people for admin and to please apply at the website. Now this is where the confusion begins, so are we now doing applications now or is that for the other games like DOD or COD4. It just confused the heck outta me, that's all.

What that means is that anyone who joins the clan has to potential to be an admin. We have the =(e)= rank so that people don't just get free admin right off the bat without even getting to know em. Pretty much just stay your time in the community and you will eventually get admin. Don't go begging for it or bother people about it. All you gotta do is play.

When you have become an eG, you have proven that you can handle the responsibilities of admining.

When you become an eGO, you have proven that you can help other people with admining and are someone the e's and eG's can go to for advice or help on an issue.

My friend made the same mistake and asked. I knew he wouldnt get it because he has just joined the clan and hasnt proven himself yet.
