How many love the iphone?

I hafta say, for an all in one device it does an excellent job. Not the best sound quality, something creative was always good for (Although alot easier to do on iphone), not the biggest amount of space (even itouch beats it), but it does the best job on phoning, internet, and a portable game player.

I'm kinda shocked at how good gaming is. It's better looking then most stuff on psp, console quality games cost $10, the only issue is it doesn't have a big list of them, but I imagine that'll grow very soon.

If they keep the prices the same, I'd be very interested to see what happens to the psp and ds. 15 games and ds= 570. 15 games and Iphone=450.

I must say it's an excellent phone.

Alot of companies would disagree, look up John Carmacks responces. The app store shouldn't be taken lightly, Esp since 10 million apps were bought at 3g launch date.

Say what you want about 'serious' phone game systems (ngage), take a look at games like Super Monkey Ball and Crash Nitro Kart and you'll quickly find this is meant to be a serious game machie beyond flash games.

The machine itself is easily more powerful then the portable game systems... 450 MHz CPU, 128 megs ram, 16 gig hdd, 480x320 screen...

What's surprising is just how close Crash Nitro Kart holds up to it's old PS2 version:

This topic ain't to say Iphone will suddenly dominate, I think you read wrong. It's a good time waster, better games then flash games on a regular cell phone, and has potential to be a good portable game unit.

Here's a couple more pics.

Considering games look this good on a PHONE of all things, early on, I think the phone has great potential.

the iPhone needs a mini remote controller that plugs right into device, if they are going to use the accelerometer for everything then it is going to get old real quick.
