How do awards work?

If anyone can tell me more about awards (BAS, SAS, First Strike Medal, Bronze Action Award) and stuff, I would really apprectiate it. I'm just curious to know what the awards mean. I don't care if you reply with a hyperlink, either.

BAS-Bronze Award Star
SAS-Silver Award Star
GAS-Gold Award Star

If you type in !t, in any FBG servers like ours, you would see the top 10 or 20. The top 3 will receive a BAS, SAS, or a GAS. Like any given awards, 3rd is BAS, 2nd is SAS, and 1st is GAS.

Awards are to promote your rank in FBG or to Show-Off(OPTIONAL)

If you want to look at the most decorated eGO has to offer, take a look at Oldie's, Kolak's, and espnaddict's awards. espnaddict is the only person in eGO that I know of that has the sharpshooter award (which he has two of).
