lol epic..........when i get older and my parents don't bug me anymore ill become an enthusiast and spend money like that on my computer. But as of now, im limited to asking my parents to get them for me online cause i don't have a credit card.

A workaround for me is to do secret dealing with like a 2nd cousin of mine lol, hes into computers so i buy his old parts sometimes, like now. Im gonna buy 8gb of ram off him brand new and a motherboard cause mine is crap right now and maybe a water cooling setup if its a good one. Hes gonna make it super cheap for me too lol.

Not saying it's bad, but I've never came across someone who doesn't like them.
 
Missy's got talent. 16GB ram in a motherboard that only supports 8GB.

4x 5870s. 5870s are dual slot cards. So, you need 8 slots just for the cars, plus another slot for the SoundBlaster. So, you need total 9 slots. You say this is in an Antec 900? The Antec is a Mid Tower case, with 8 expansion slots and a bottom mounted power supply. You could in theory fit 4 cards in there, but you'd be cooking the power supply and that bottom card, and where's the sound card go?

My question is.. How'd you cram all this crap in there?
 
I correct myself TWICE my sister has a 900, I have a 1200, and its a k9a2 platinum V2,and with the recent bios update it now supports 1600 (Previously 1066) and up to 16 gigs, but there is still no reason to bash me because I made a small mistake on my wording.

And yes the 5870's are dual slotted, but instead of mounting the PSU at the bottom I put it in the hard drive bay and moved the hard drives up.

I can get pictures up in a week or so or less, but I did get it to fit

I trust you lol.......it did seem impracticle at first and all but its nothing that can't easily be done or impossible.

My apologies. I thought we were being hustled. A 1200 would most certainly be able to fit all that stuff. My friend is running 3 4870 2GB cards in an Antec 1200. I routinely make fun of him for his cute little barn doors though. Also, I've never heard of mounting the PSU in that fashion.

I'd love to see some pictures.

wow kick ass, how much was this? i made mine more than 6 months ago with a budget of 1k i came up with a nice lil gaming computer...

For less than a thousand bucks, sounds good to me! Mine came out to about $1500 total (minus the extra hard drives, I already had those). The monitor, heatsink, and vid card I got through newegg with the new batman game, and the monitor on sale. Everything else was at CompUSA (I originally was gonna get a barebone kit with nearly the same specs, but they discontinued it the same day I was gonna buy it! :'( would have saved like 200 bucks) Soon I'm thinking of upgrading the power supply and *maybe* going sli with another card..this is all when I get a loading screen that lasts more than 30 seconds, then i'll spring for it :-D

+1 i really loved the blackbird cases, too bad they went down the path of small and convenient with some performance compared to their original super gaming computer.
I see you did some upgrade to the original blackbird 002, nice......better ram, GPU, etc..

That case is really sick though, would buy one but on ebay they sell for a hell lot.

The case is also 100 pounds, no joke. It's ridiculous, the 1200 watt power suplly it comes with is pretty sweet as well. My wife works for HP, so, when they decided to make firebirds instead of blackbirds, she was able to bring one home for free. It was an R & D model for all the guys that came over from voodoo, to play with after hp bought 'em. So, all the innards were what was there except the win 7. It was win vista sp1 ultimate 64 bit. I don't complain when things like this come at me for free. only drawback is, the water cooling, it's sealed for one, mainteneance free they say. Number two, the block is for a lga 775 chip only, won't fit if i go to core i7. Oh well.
