Yes I know my laptop is on the low-end of the scale, but it was meant to last in Iraq and if it got destroyed I did not want to be out quite a bit of money. It still plays games decently though. I can play SCII, STO, and TF2 ;)

Misc.

Various Bitspower and enzotech matte black fittings. XSPC Dual loop res. And I think thats about it, unless you want to go in detail of everything ( VERY LONG LIST ) These are all the ones I can remember off the top of my head haha.

The top rad mounted internally is for the CPU loop, and another quad is mounted to the back with a Koolance bracket.

Temps are dependent on my overclock, under full stress for 10-15 minutes running LinX or Prime cpu hits around 55c max with fans at 1300rpm, running 4.0 right now with 1.30v and 1.28VTT, Radiator doesn't really get warm to touch either, so it seems like it's my contact with the block..

Now the gpu loop is a whole different story, when the cards heatup, the radiator gets very warm to touch if not hot.. I would say my Fermi's are pumping at least 350w's of heat when overclocked, and then my mobo around 50w

Well since my rig has yet again changed, here is the update:


Processor: i7 920 2.66Ghz @3.8Ghz (4 is proving elusive on my current cooler. Cant take more than 1.36v without getting really hot)
Motherboard: eVGA 3xsli (doesn't help overclock much, but hey, i got it for $140)
Memory: 4GB DDR3 (Corsair XMS3 @1454MHz, 9-9-9-24, I need better ram, these suck, they can run 8-8-8-24, but that is about it)
Hard Drive: Hitachi 1TB (working on this too, either going to go short-stroke raid, or SSD)
Video Card: GTX 470 (x2) in SLI (like i said, planning for a third one of these, or a GTS 450)
Monitor: 3x Acer X223w's (ATi eyefinity/nVidia surround) ATM these are out on RMA, currently using 3850
Sound Card: Integrated like a boss
Headset: Logitech clear chat style (I might as well be deaf, I cant tell the difference between nice headphones and this P.O.S.)
Speakers: 10$ stereo from Toys-R-Us
Keyboard: Legitech G15
Mouse: Logitech G500 (WHAT IT's OVER 400!!!!!!!)
Mouse Surface: wal-mart pad
Operating System: Win7 HP x64

Yup, I'm currently doing WCG and GPUGRID for XtremeSystems :)

And sure, what benches? Timed demos? or 3Dmark06 and vantage?

But I'm telling you, my 480s are terrible clockers P0 VID is 1.063 on both cards. I can hit a max of 855/1005 with 1.083v, higher V doesn't bring much more than heat.

Aren't those BIONIC projects? nvidia cards do a lot better in Folding@home. ATi cards really shine in bionic.

or are you bionic'ing on CPU?

I was thinking mostly Vantage, and 06 (maybe crysis)

I didn't even OC my 470's, because they were too hot already.


And third 470 might be postponed as I might need a laptop.
