Rosewill case with matching sli ready psu 550w
basic microsoft keyboard and mouse

How do you feel about those dual 8600 gts's so far? I went the same route... I figured the performance would be comparable to a single 8800, and it was about $100 cheaper at the time... Plus an SLI box just looks cool :)

How do you have an 8800GT unless it's a reference card?

specs:

amd x2 3800+
2GB corsair xms
160gb sata
500gb sata
7900GT(soon to be 8800GT when they release)
20" viewsonic LCD
500w rosewill psu
coolermaster case
logitech mx518(the sniper pwnage)
huge fabric mouse pad

There is no 8800GT only GTS, GTX and Ultra (basically a slightly overclocked GTX). They've discontinued using GT in its place they use GTS... the 8800GTS is a great buy at about $280 its tough to beat. I'm waitin for the next launch which will be either 8850's or 8900's whichever series they decide to name it.

A computer would last about 2 seconds in an open case at my house with cats and kids... Looks cool though. I want your monitor Omniblast. 2ms refresh = sexy.

Case is not bad, I need to get a "real" case though lol. I don't swap out my video card enough to warrant using a case like this :)

I do get little dust bunnies some times, I break out the bunny killer and blow them away though every week.
I'm looking into getting a Lian-Li V1200 some time in the future, and mod it with water cooling ;)
