Source in-game Voice

When i press what ever button i press No voice, some might say that its a good thing well lets read the list that think its bad:Me,Santa Claus Well thats it.
So without jokes i dont know whats happening if my headset works in vent but not in games.

........ ok..... in game (for example, TF2) the button to talk is V. you hold it down and talk into your mic. in DOD and CSS, its the button K. when pressed, a yellow speaker appears on the right side of your screen to let you know your live.
