My friend saw two of those in his stay in texas a month ago. They ran straight at the car he was in, and the WINDOWS were DOWN. So of course he and his brother drove off, hahaha. It was a great story, Specially when he showed me the pictures on the web(not ones he took) its exactly whats in this video. Im definately freaked out,

Thats a police camera, its designed to be able to zoom in on license plates of cars, even when speeding on the highway

i agree with him if they want the proof bad enough... why didnt they hit it?...

and im not all for mythical creatures but ya gots to belive there used to be dragons... i saw sumthin on discovery channle bout that found a corpse frozen in ice of a dragon and they thawed it and it had 2 chemicals in its lower abdomen when mixed made fire so... it could have existed..
