Update on the storm. Fay will turn from topical storm to a hurricane on Tuesday and will hit the west coast of florida on tuesday. Please take measures to protect yourself. See satellite and tracking below. Be safe everyone.

Update, The eye of soon to be hurricane Fay is heading towards the west coast of florida but all the rain will be hitting the west coast and central florida really hard. Expect heavy flooding around the Eastern shore of Florida as well as heavy winds.

As of now, the East coast is more affected by the storm than the west coast. Please take precautions to protect yourself, if you must flee from the flooding please do so.

Update on Hurricane Fay, The model suspicions are correct I'm afraid, Fay will cut diagonally thru central florida into the atlantic and hit us again aiming for Jacksonville the 2nd time around. It is now only a Tropical Storm now since it has hit land and has been weakening. Should not be a threat anymore but there will be some flooding in low lying areas in parts of florida.

Update: Tropical Storm Fay Projected path now shows it is going to hit the West coast of Florida by 2pm Tuesday and Wednesday. Guess that's relief for the East coast of Florida.

Yea he's in critical condition, very bad idea when you have 65mph winds and 32" inches of total rainfall. Lots of flooding here.
