What can i run with my computer?

You're not running ANY of those cards with that 300 watt power supply. As I said in my post in your other thread...

This is a good one that will handle the above card with ease. It will also leave a little room for upgrading to a better GPU, and after the MIR it is going to be about the cheapest you'll find at this quality.

So the total for these would be ~$130* before tax and shipping (after MIR), but it will certainly be powerful enough to handle COD4 and any other new games (if your CPU doesn't bottleneck it).

This is the cheapest way to go for a great speed increase.

EDIT: To be honest, looking at the rest of your specs.. Even if you update to what I said above, you are going to be seriously bottlenecked by your 2.2ghz single core processor and 512mb of ram...

Says there you have 512meg of ram and a 2ghz processor. LFD prob cant run on 512mb ram upgrade to 1/2gig...For about $30+....Get a new powersupply for about $80+..you have to find out which power supply fits in your computer. Like a MICRO, Regular Size, ext. You have to find out your form factor.
 
you should get a power suppy to work for ur future comp. i have a 750 but dont need it. but in the future i plan to use my sli and would rather buy the part before i need it than buy a halfa$$ed one now then what i need later. get a 750 and then dont worrie later.

yea i would imagine fallout 3 having high requirements. Like i've told you about 50 times. Save your money, then buy the games. Go fix people computers. Make bets idk lol. Just find a way to make some cash and then get a new computer or build one, then get the games

Yea go out and mow the grass, pick weeds, mow other peoples grass, make some money by selling some stuff on ebay. Stuff like that will get you the money you need in a short period of time.

This is about the 4th thread from you on one topic: your computer and upgrades.

Do what these guys said, sell things, mow grass, ect..
What I do is none of the above. I have a water jugg (like you see in offices) and I put all spare change in it, from wherever. At the end of the month I have about 60$.
 
There is no easy way to say this. 80 dollars WILL get you a good graphics card (decent, not good..my bad). Now where is the other 50-200 on a Power Supply that will run it?
 
You are not listening here. You can not use your graphics cards without a power supply. Unless you want to save up even more money to replace all of your computer parts you will need a power supply that works with your motherboard/processor. To get this you need MONEY. Listen to me and everyone else that has ever talked to you, and save up your money before you go out and buy stuff that won't work with your computer. You ask us questions, yet you never listen to us, and you just do whatever you want to do. Not once have you ever said OK I will do this, or that sounds like a good idea. We have listed many things for you to do, yet do you do any of them? No, you go out and do something totally different from what we suggest, and we know you should do. Some of us here are 30-40 years old than you, and are trying to help you out. I'm only 15 (16 on tuesday :D) but whenever someone older than I am tells me to do something, or gives me advice, I listen to them, and take it into consideration. But, you have not done this to anything that we have told you to do. So I for one, will no longer be suggesting anything to you.

What the above few posters have said. If it was possible to upgrade computers to run all the latest games on a budget, I'm pretty sure people wouldn't be drooling over the 4870X2 right now.

Its what I have. I don't have a job either, at the age of 15, and busy with football, although I sold old games (Pikmin 2 sells for $50 :O), did some chores, etc etc to upgrade.

Ok, let me make this as clear as I can, since you have seemingly ignored my previous, more coherent post.

YOU CAN NOT RUN A NEW GRAPHICS CARD IN YOUR CURRENT PC WITHOUT UPGRADING YOUR POWER SUPPLY!


It's not something you can just blow off. In the end you would just be wasting your own money: buying an 8800 that will (1.) do NOTHING for you without a power supply, and (2.) will start losing value the second you touch it.

I don't know why you aren't getting this... If you wanted an easy way out, you should of gotten a console where all you need to worry about is what $60 game you want... PC gaming is called a rich man's sport for a reason.

Again, look back to my previous post and I outline a perfectly good upgrade for you at only $45 more than your original budget... You keep saying you have no way of making money, but there are certainly many ways at your age, including some good ones mentioned above...

Finally, if you aren't willing to work for yourself and with the people helping you, consider this my last post to you... I'm tired of wasting my time on someone who is unwilling to invest any time of his own.

350 Watts of power will not support a 8800GT.

No offense, but your threads are doing nothing for you. Your computer is not meant for gaming, and from what I see, can not be upgraded much more, if anymore. If you do not have the money, then you can NOT upgrade. The LAST bit of advice I can give to you is: Listen to these guys, save up money to upgrade at once, and stop making so many threads on your computer and your situation. They are getting nowhere.
