DemonSphere, I dunno if I got it to work right, tell me if it works ingame.
You should save the 2 files to: -

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\(Your username)\team fortress 2\tf\materials\VGUI\logos

Alive, i am sorry to say but we are not allowed to change or edit any things from eGO as they are copyrighted, you will have to ask the councils permissioon first before me or midget can add stars to the logo. Me and midget shouldnt change the logo or make any modifications to it without the councils permission, Until you get this permission from them we cannt do anything about it. Sorry you will have to wait for the council to say something to you first.
