Its nice, the text on top left is hard to read though because of the the font you choose.

I like the thought of the font, but perhaps you should find a similar one to that, but cleaner and easier to read at first glance.

I wish I made that.. Kinda curious as to how he did the streaks behind the BioHazard.

can't give away all my tricks

but i will tell you how to do the streaks..

pretty simple really...

Create some lines in a color very close to the color of the green glow..
Layer them under the words... and above the biohazard symbol.
Do one set of lines in a lighter color.. and another set of lines in a darker color and overlap them .
Lighter on top of dark usually.
Then take your opacity slider and slide it down until you get the desired effect. on both layers of lines.
You can throw a little gaussian blur on the lines if they are still too solid looking/
viola!

Layers are your friend.
The best advice i can give you biohazard is just play with photoshop... alot.
I've been playing with photohop since 1996.. and I still haven't scratched the surface of this powerful program.

I've had photoshop since uh, idk, 2001? I still have my very first sig hosted on my photobucket..
