Idk which one you want, but if you want the first one, you put the following in your signature area in your profile.

but take out the *'s in the img tags

Second one:

Make the sig?
Most, if not all people use Adobe Photoshop.
I've heard of some rare cases of people using GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/)
Photoshop unfortunately isn't free..
