Playtime shows a lot, if people play Engineer like crazy, then valve knows that everyone is happy with the class for now, and should not be a priority. Scout needs some help. How many good scouts/people who play scouts do you see? Compared to Spy, I think scout is way harder. Spy is more of a mental game, and valve can't update minds.

I agree with crash, to be a good spy it takes good judgment. An amount of judgment that most people don't have (standing next to a sapped sg disguised as an engie is a bit obvious).
I would really like a sniper upgrade because thats what I mostly play, a full auto rifle would be sweet. I think the scout needs it a bit more though. Speed isn't a good enough reason to play it, specially with Natasha just coming out.

Spy takes much more luck than good judgment. Yeah, good judgment helps, but even with good judgment you can fail miserably. Spies only have one effective way of killing people, attacking from behind the enemy. However, when I'm playing Spy, most of the time when I'm about to back stab someone they turn around at the last second, that's where luck plays into being spy. The revolver doesn't do much at all, and if you have two engineers guarding a sentry its almost impossible to survive and destroy the sentry. I was playing on the Scout the other day and I was doing pretty well. Some maps though, are just gonna be harder to be a scout on then others. For example, if you have a map where the opposite team has 5 engineers its gonna be hard not only being the scout, but as any other class really. But the scout and the spy are definitely the hardest classes in the game. But I would like to see the spy updates come next, because I think they have a harder time then the scout.
