virus problem, not sure though

i dont know why or for what reason, but every time my cousin comes over to my house, something is wrong with my computer. i have been gone for the past week from my house, and my cousin is visiting my family until the end of summer. i just got back last night, and i keep getting this pop up every time i open a folder

also, my desktop keeps restarting some times because windows explorer stops working when i try to view a picture. my computer doesnt restart, only my desktop icons and such. im scanning right now with panda security. hopefully this will find it, and fix the problem.

so any of you experience something like this before? i have no clue what it is, and my cousin said he doesnt remember what he downloaded. this is what i get for telling him the password to my computer -.- didnt think this would happen twice >.<

would be glad if i can get help in knowing what this thing is, and how to deal with it >.<

Open up command prompt and try typing: sfc /scannow
that scans your system files for any corruption, or damaged files. It's worth a shot.

Run whatever antivirus you have.
If you dont have any, get Avast antivirus, its free.

Ok so first get avg anti virus (the free version) - http://free.avg.com/ww.download-avg-anti-virus-free-edition

scan your computer, delete the viruses , go into control panel and go uninstall avg, restart your computer.

get this anti rootkit - http://www.gmer.net/gmer.zip

run it, get rid of anything it finds, uninstall, restart your computer.

Finally get spybot, search and destroy - http://www.spybotupdates.com/files/spybotsd160.exe

run it, scan, delete whatever it finds, you don't have to unistall this program if you don't feel like it, but you may need to restart after you remove the spyware.

the reason i kept telling you to restart & unistall after scanning is because if you have two anti viruses on your computer at once, they conflict with each other. Also a lot of times you need to restart your computer to succesfully remove the viruses you have.

By the way I like you a lot more for using vista, I think it's underrated.
