A question about Clan Ranking

Recently, I found some problem on clan ranking.
We got many members in [Taiwan] clan, but don't know why some of the members randomly dispears in our clan. For example: Monkey [Taiwan] plays on eGO Kalt server almost everyday, but he is not on the list of [Taiwan] clan

Can anyone share some experience to me? Thanks.

If he has another clan tag on, or something within brakets, he might not show up. If he had, for example, [you] (random example), then he might automatically be tagged with and put into a [you] clan.

A person will not be listed in more than one clan at a time.

But I think clan ranking really has some problem.
For example: our team member Monkey [Taiwan], he got a clan tag and was in clan ranking yesterday. However, when he played today, he got removed from clan member list.

Here is Monkey [Taiwan] profile, you can see he got a tag but not in any clan.

yes...i had the same problem and already forwarded this to (dp)solnav. seems this is a thing that's to do with the HLX stats and how they work.
