OK, I can tell this is going to be a very long, informative post, so if you are the type that does not normally read these kinds of posts, here is the gist:
Sexual Harassment is not permitted in eGO. You will be banned.
If you would like a bit more understanding, here goes:
We have a small group of girls in this community. We would like those numbers to continue to grow. If you ask any of us why we joined eGO, you are likely to get some variation of “because I can game on clean servers and not be singled out or harassed for being a girl”. Recently, we have had some issues with sexual harassment of females in the clan.
An e said, in game when a girl spoke, “damn, your voice is sexy”. This is not acceptable. Keep it to yourself. The same goes for statements like “Is that a girl?” “OMG, are you a girl” “Girls don’t play games” A girl should never feel like she can’t use her mic in game or come in vent for fear of being harassed for being a girl. Girls are an oddity in gaming. We know this. No need to constantly have it pointed out for us. We are here to play just like you.
We also had an issue of an eG approaching girls in the clan and making suggestive comments to them. His excuse was hormones, he’s a teenage boy and that’s what he thinks about. We all know about teenage hormones and that is NOT an excuse. One of the main ideals behind Edge Gamers is maturity. Self control is a sign of maturity.
In both of these examples, just because you think it, doesn’t mean the girl needs to hear it. We are very serious about this, both of these players have been banned from eGO.
How do you know when it is harassment?
There are so many other examples and I can’t possibly list every single one of them, but two of the easiest ways for me to define it in a gaming environment are:
Are you doing it just because she is a girl? If the answer is yes, stop.
-Do you follow her from server to server just because she is a girl?
-Do you follow her from room to room in vent just because she is a girl?
-Do you constantly ask her questions or talk only to her because she is a girl?
Would you say that to your sister? If the answer is no, don’t say it.
-Would you call your sister, babe or honey?
-Would you tell your sister she has a sexy voice?
-Would you send virtual roses or kisses to your sister over steam?
I know those examples are kind of funny and gross, but that shows just how stupid it is. We are here to game and make friends, not date. Most of us girls are married or have boyfriends. But the ones that don’t, are not here to get a boyfriend, they are here to play. Let’s please show our maturity and keep it that way. If you hear your friends or other guys do anything like this, please tell them to stop. No need to be shy or weird around us or avoid us, just talk to us girls like we are your super fun gaming friends, and all’s cool.
Now this part is for all my eGO chicas:
Every guy here has women in their lives that they would not allow to be treated like this and will not stand for you to be treated like this either. Any of the guys will listen and take action, but if for any reason you don’t feel comfortable telling one of the guys about it, tell me. We can keep your name out of it if you’d prefer, but it is very important that we know about it.

I was guilty of not speaking up myself. I thought it was an isolated incident and I told him to leave me alone, but he just moved on to the next girl. We need to make sure others know so this does not happen again. Bottom line, if you are uncomfortable with something a guy says to you, don’t just deal with it, tell someone.

Even if we don't see Them it is great to know that you are playing with a Girl/Woman ! So why we don't want to have a lot of them in EGO ? Be nice for Them , let Them play with us and show to others that Women can do much more than only do a make-up 
Now if only we could get the 11 year boys in vent to stop sounding like girls...
