yes they are stronger. weapons are stronger (a little bit, for the most part), and the armor is much stronger. the meds are insanely better than regular meds but u cant get them unlimited. as for females vs males, most people prefer females better just for the feel, although they are both the same. i actually like males better because i dont want to be like everyone else...
to some people it is easier to bf with girls, just cus of the feel and the way the block and such. its all up to you...
