however, something I am a bit concerned about. I sorta got into it with an admin on the server. Point is, I didn't like something, and I'd just like to address it for you guys to think about. A member joined with the name vote4ronpaul and was told to change his name. now i know this is against the rules, but I don't see what is wrong with expressing your beliefs in your name. you don't see a guy told in wal mart to take off a shirt that says vote for ron paul. the point is, i have been playing under the name fatguyfromlost today. that can actually be seen as offensive, but I don't get into any trouble for it while vote4ronpaul does. i'm not trying to start a scene, and i apologize if I did create a scene on the server, that is not what i intended. i just think this might be something to re-evaluate. once again, I love the server and look forward to playing many more great rounds, because it is a great server with great admins

To be honest, you can view this a couple different ways.

Our view on this is, please keep anything related to politics or religion out of your name or in the general chat. This isn't a message board or a chat channel, and some people might get offended at a potential religious or political name or discussion (Not everyone shares the same religious or political view as you, and the potential for people to get offended can be high). People come here as an escape from reality, and to have fun....not to have a political debate.

Fatguyfromlost isn't sending a message. You're stating something, and since it wasn't disruptive or offensive (at least at the time), noone said anything about it.

Its a give and take thing basically. We try to keep our servers as clean yet as fun as possible. Political and religious discussion has shown to be counteractive to this.

I do enjoy the servers, I was just wondering about the whole thing. Its not like hes coming in going, I ORDER YOU ALL TO VOTE FOR RON PAUL OR ELSE!!! type of think you know? I don't know, I've been on servers that let anything go, and I guess im not used to it. although i do like some ground rules
