So... i went to see a movie with some friends, and we decided on Babylon AD. This was horrible. The story line alone made me want to cry, and the dialogue was horribly delicious.

Me and my friends were cracking up through out the movie, and by the end everyone in the theatre was too. The very was hillarious in our eyes.

The fact that this was not supposed to be a comedy made it soooo horrible, and i belive it is in fact the worst movie i ever saw.

So what is yours?

Cant think of the movie name but in the preview it shows the statue of libertys head rollin down a street and some type of huge monster attacks the city NO not godzilla

Starship Troopers 2 by a wide margin. I mean come on, they used flashlights for guns.

Disaster Movie lived up to its name and was simply disastrous.

Cloverfield.

And MoP what did you expect? It was a straight to DVD. Straight to DVD movies are notorious for being awful.

It wasnt straight to DvD here it was shown at Malco and there was 3 people yelling at staff for their money back. I thought it was horrible

I saw it this weekend also. The local MALCO Theater had copies posted all over the place at the Ticket Line "Cloverfield may cause Motion Sickness" I thought 'Got to see that'

Ah yes, my bad on Starship Troopers 2. I thought it was the newest one, but apparently the straight to DVD was the 3rd one.

And yeah, Cloverfield I heard caused motion sickness for a lot of people. Camera moves around a ton, but I personally didn't think it was anything nauseating.

worst movie ever, but didn't see it in theaters

2001 space odyssey

They spoke literally 10 words the whole movie

The worst movie I've ever seen is probably Epic Movie. Disaster Movie is probably worse, but I'm not going to waste my time.

Snakehead Terror. It was a terrible movie, but it was so bad it was kinda funny.

Movie called Solaris with George Clooney, worst movie ever... I couldn't understand it after watching it.

The Mist! It's a Stephen King movie, with the worst ending ever.

You're missing the entire point of the movie. I do agree that it is very slow and very difficult to sit through but there are some very deep undertones going on if you can make it long enough to catch them all.

One of the best scenes is when the guy piece by piece manually disconnects HAL and during this process HAL goes from completely in control to completely nonsensical, he essentially reverts back to his "childhood" by singing songs about daisies, etc. This often happens with humans when they are imminent fear for their lives or are in a time of extreme mental distress.

Also consider HAL's inclination to protect himself. In these senses the movie is actually quite brilliant. You also have to consider when it was produced as this makes a difference on how audiences then versus now view the film.
