Mouse sensitivity and the Sniper

**the best way to find what works for you is to look, say at a window. then pick a spot anywhere within veiw....lets say another window. close your eyes then try to put your mouse on the spot you picked and adjust accordingly. its the best way

3.0! And I'm a pyro! How on earth can people aim above 5.0??? My opinion, advanced aim is better than turning, so If you feel comfortable moving the mouse on low, it's better to. my mousepad has a radius of 10cm, but i feel comfortable with 3.0 and could even mange 1.0.
For sniping? of course low is better, it's steadier. also, there's a button at the top of my mouse making it 1600 something 'really sensitive' one milimeter is 90 degrees. i put it on sometimes and ppl ask why i spin 360 when turning corners XD

I couldn't play Pyro with less and 9.0 sensitivity, I need to be able to turn and circle strafe like mad.

Well, for any class but Sniper, 10, at 1800 DPI

At sniper I like 3 at 1800...

personally i have my mouse sensitivity lower but this is of course a preferential question your asking. the best answer is of course try different settings until you can snipe >smoothly< for me this is the key. a smooth movement is much better than rapid and jumpy movements when sniping. its easier to get that headshot with a wider frame of time and its easier to keep that elusive dot on someones head the smoother you are. after you get smoother movement down then its just a matter of personal skill at sniping.
