CS:S Skinning

I'm trying to make a CS:S skin and so far I have the w_models and v_models which work. But I have a invisible gun, I know its because I haven't got the vtx files for the models --> weapons folder. Can anyone tell me how I make or get these?

On the floor:

It's visible everywhere else except in your hands.

And this is where I have missing files:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you JUST skinning it, or are you attempting to change the model/animation as well?
