Out of the books of Palahnuik's I've read, Choked was one of my favorites. (Admittedly, I've never read Fight Club but rank it as one of my favorite movies.) If they can keep it faithful to the book, I'll be happy. I could see them dropping a lot of the point being the various acts in the book just to make it more sensationalistic, which would disappoint me.
