Using the e logo

Am I allowed to use the e logo on a TF2 skin? I was just wondering, but I thought it would be better to make sure I can ^^.

Im guessing if its for personal use then yes, for pulic release im not so sure.

Either way, anything made for the source engine is copyrighted by Valve.

Whether or not a trademark exists, any skins, models, etc edited or derived from a valve work is technically theirs.

So it's Fair Use regardless.

But if you do put any namesakes trademarked by Mr. Coates and Mr. Zerbe on a work you're releasing to the public, you need to put the TM and send a link back to the edgegamers website. Just in case.

Be advised, you can't alter the tag AT ALL. It needs to remain =(e)=™
