I need someone with a credit or debit card to buy me the game Company of Heroes Gold currently for 29.99. I do not have a card so I am going to use my bank account to transfer the money. Can you use paypal in korea?

If so you can just use the paypal plugin to generate one time use (or multi use) credit card numbers that draw directly from a bank account.
