exporting images in GIMP???

No No No!! U misunderstand me...
I mean like if I save a image from google
e.g http://www.nitrconfluence.org/cs.jpg
how do I export the picture into Gimp?
btw, by export I mean dropping the image into a program which designs stuff...
u shud know what I mean now...
if not,
another example...
taking out things from another country into another country...

Import isn't the word you're actually looking for either 
The word is "Open." Like File->Open
Then find the file on your hard drive and click OK. Shazam! And if you get an image file that doesn't work in Gimp, you can use a program called Irfanview (google it) and you can usually open it with that. If Irfanview won't open it, it ain't an image
