Party Mode Question

I love party mode. I was wondering if there was a way to switch it on on the client, or is that a server only mode? I'm guessing it's server only, as my research seems to imply it... but it's not directly said to be server only, and Source Engine is such a bit product

You can't switch it on in the client but the command for the server is "tf_birthday 1" without the quotes

Yeah, that's the point, rellikpd.

I love it, because I find it incredibly humorous. However, I know many people hate it... hence the question on if I could send the command to myself, for humor, while not effecting everyone else's fun.
