Cussing bans are usually not permanent for =(e)='s. They are usually a 24hour ban. =(e)='s will usually get banned for 24hrs. for cussing without a kick warning because you should already know that you aren't supposed to cuss. I believe that's what they do in the DoD:S division but for the CS:S division, we give a warning, then a kick warning(a kick from the server), then, it the problem keeps occuring, a ban for a certain time period.
If you are going to say what another person said(which you shouldn't really..), you should put it in quotes. For example:
killme said the following,"(text here)"
You should just talk to an admin about this privately instead of saying it out loud where everyone can hear it and then someone might mistaken you for actually cussing. To talk to all admins on the current server, type this in:
Press U (Default Team Chat)-->Type in @-->1 Space-->Message; It should look like this:
Press U @ Hello.
I believe that's how you talk to admins, if not then sorry.
