Congrats, and a few sugestions

I would like to offere my congratulations on the promotions, and also a few sugestions.

As with any change in leadership I believe it is important to make some early changes just to enforce the changing of the guard. With that said here are a few suggestions I would make

#1 From this point forward all members are required to change there underwear 3 times a day. Also all E?s should be required to wear the above mentioned underwear on the outside so this can be checked.

#2 No pants Tuesdays. Not only is this a huge boost to moral, but everyone knows you play best when not being forced to by the man into compliancy with things you totally disagree with, such as the wearing of pants.

#3 All guild meets should be done while eating peanut butter. No one on ventrilo will be acknowledge while talking unless they have a nice big mouth full of peanut butter. And if they can work in a tong twister to the conversation while keeping the content of said tong twister relevant to the topic of conversation this is extra points.
But on a serious note, congrats ;-)
