Headset

I'm looking for a not insanely expensive headset, that wont break in a week...
I bought a plantronics headset for like 25$ at EB and the mic broke within a week, and commonly cuts out on sound.
Price range max is probably about 50$, and I don't want to go through a website ...

I used a Logitech Premium Notebook Headset until I recently upgraded. It is a behind the head design and I never had people complain about being able to hear me (well... no one so long as I wasn't muted). My brother-in-law uses a Logitech headset from target that cost him ~$25 and it has done great too. Maybe it is just me, but I am a fan of Logitech's stuff... I have yet to get "burned" by them.

As for me... I currently use a Logitech USB mic ($20 through newegg) with a set of Senheiser HD280Pro headphones ($99 through Newegg)... a little mroe pricey, but well worth the money!!!

I currently am using a Logitech headset also. Every once in a great while I get a complaint, but I think it has more to do with my on board sound card. They're reasonably priced, and like I-Die-Often said, I've never gotten "burned." I do suggest going with at least a good mic however (I would say logitech is decent), however, I buy everything online, so I don't know what is in stores...

I've had them since November and I have not had one problem with it. Also, nobody's ever said in game or in vent that they can't hear me. I paid $40 for em, that link I provided has them for $15.99!

Im real cheap so i just use my 360 one. lol
Just sync up my controller with my PC and plug in the headset. Got a headset for PC and Xbox in one. I WIN!

The Rocketfish ones at Bestbuy are my favorite. Little expensive, but they're awesome.

Not audiophile grade in any sense, but good none-the-less.

i use the fatal1ty ones they fit really good for long periods of time but it lacks 5.1
