Medic from tf2 in Heroes?

I'm not quite sure if this is the right place to post this...but does anyone think that one of the bad guys from heroes looks like the medic from tf2. On top of that he has a German accent.

that bad guy is this guy who has magnet powers like magneto, and is nicknamed "the German"
In the show there was a better shot of him and he looked even more like the medic, but i couldnt find it, it was hard enough to find a picture of him as is, took like 30 min
