Hi guys,

well i need be honest so, i think the clan got more boring these days, because of all private house forum are closed for non-admin, it always much fun in IG private xD, had much fun and things like that,

whats ur opinion??? add in poll ^^ and post a reply

The Raiders have only had 3 posts in the last week. I haven't noticed that the posts in the DoD division discussion have increased. I infer that there are a lot less posts than there were. I wonder if there is a way to chart DoD thread activity vs. time. It would be interesting to see what's happened for the last month.

I wonder if people know that they can still post in their house forums. They just can not post in the private forums.

I hope they bring the private forums back. Is there any feedback that the council's plan is working?

This matter has been settled but I agree you get my vote I understand your thinking but it doesn't look like its working.
 
The whole point is to make the WHOLE clan fun! lol.. so anything you would post in the house private you just post in the general and be prepared to meet some new faces... wait... meet new.. Chat buddies? Idk, but it can still be fun in the general forum. Check out the sweet new WHO ARE YOU thread that I brought back from the IG forums! and trust me.. Just because it?s different doesn?t mean it?s bad :)

somehow this seems to turn out as a bad idea. close the house forums down pissed many people. ok, we have to follow the leaders, but without the members our leaders would be nothing. i don't thik they see it this way. what are houses without privat forums? nothing in my opinion... the way the council acts in this case speaks for itself. close down everything and give nearly no information to the clan. i always thought the US are democratic, but what happens here is nothing else than dictatorship. they should not be surprised, that dictators always produce resitance.

sorry about that hard words, but that is how i think. a clan without members in't worth a penny - also members without leadership. but i'm asking for nothing else than a simple act of democratiy. it must have been some reason why so many people are leaving in these days...and many of them had been really cool guys. it takes a lot to piss people off so that they react in this way. i'm not talking about =e='s...i'm takling about admins! sorry...something is going wrong this days and the leadership should stay in touch with this, or they will loose much of what the built up.

i know many people think that way but not half of them are man enough to step forward and fight for their opinion. so i guess SOMEONE has to make the first step. sorry council and leaders, but i'm not born, raised and educatet to keep my mouth shut on problems.

I think a big problem is that NO ONE IS TRYING. Yes, another issue is that some left, but can I ask why?

If your answer is "Because I knew these people," then you are in the wrong place to begin with. The clan wasn't made to form multiple groups of cliques. All the house forums really do is talk about stuff that doesn't include the other houses. That's it. Some of it could be discussed here, but no one tries to adjust. There WAS a time when eGO didn't have houses. I wasn't there at the time, but my point is it wouldn't kill to try. Not even a month and people are demanding to bring them back. I'm more disappointed in those who voted and left no post :p

I may not be for this 100%, but golly, give it a try.
 
Im kind of indifferent. But I still liked the idea of having a special place just for house members to talk within their group. What's the point of having different houses now if the forums are all being merged?
 
true poop, but the only reason for bein in houses now is for quick promo, thats really all for now, so yea, atleast someone made the first move, so admins know about what WE think the members,
 
If you have something to post about then post it in the general forums, if you have something for eG's or eGO's then post in their respective private forums. You guys act like the sky is falling, nothing has changed except where you can post. Instead of complaining that there arent anymore posts, why dont you make some? Start up a conversation with the entire division instead of just your particular house, you never know you might have a really popular thread that everyone can enjoy instead of it being hidden in a house forum.

I remember when the houses were formed, I actually recruited the guy who came up with the whole idea (Jones) way back in the day. You know what everyone did back then? Gripe and complain that they didnt like the house idea, now its the exact opposite complaint, talk about irony. This is edgegamers organization first, second, and always so stop worrying so much about the world ending because I promise you life will go on. The game is still there and all of your friends are still here, talk to them and dont worry about the house forums.
 
At first I didn't like the idea of closing the private forums. But you know what? Our clan has adjusted to much bigger changes and has survived.

Unfortunately there will always be the few who want to drag the issue out and have their voice heard...again and again and again. They will learn soon enough that this is not a democracy and the Council is under no pressure do anything about their complaints.

You know if you've got an issue with this, keep it quiet until you have tried this new forum setup for a month. You may find that your original complaint has disappeared.

I'm still not with it a 100% but its definitely not something I would leave the clan over (petty). Remember eGO first and House second!

Lets try and work with what we've got instead of complaining about what we don't have.
 
lol im not leaving to, but it will be more fun to be closer with ur house, then with the whole division at 1 time :/
