Need a video editing program

Have you looked into windows movie maker? It should probably do the trick.

windows movie maker works wonders it comes with windows. pretty basic but it will do the job quite well.

You can try Wax. Debugmode is the company that makes Wax. They also make a really nice screen capture software called Wink. The link to the Wax site is as follows.
