Well, not bad, but:
1. Make the rainbow more flame like, adding multiple if nessary.
2. I can only see the first half of my name.
3. The head kinda looks a bit.. unnatural.
4. Maybe you could make it horizontal insted of vertical.

Its not all that bad. Why go to someone else? You do pretty good work and fast. Also I blame myself for lacking imagination when explaining what I wanted.
