I was wondering if you could possibly help me, I found a spray that mister adam made. It wasnt intended to be a spray, it was a wallpaper I believe but he tried making it a spray. It is very pixilated when I use it, is there any way you can help me make it come out clear?
No rush, just when you have time...here is the link, thanks in advanced. If you cant work with the pic, is there any way you can make me one similar to this? A ban hammer and a few words around it, have it say "in case of punk use wisely" or something like that. Thanks in advanced.

Explanation:
The only thing I'm interested in the first picture is the kid with the bat. Please don't use the same background in the first picture. My request is that you use that icon on the right with a dark gloomy red background. To the left have the following: 妄想代理人 . In smaller text size below it have: "Don't call for him... don't think of him... He gets you when you're cornered." Some blood or anything related will be perfect.

The second picture I need an avatar that matches with the sig.

If there is any problems ask me. And Sorry for asking a lot.
