Pop vs Soda

I say it's coke. That's coming from central Oklahoma...more specifically Norman, Oklahoma home of the Sooners.
 
Hey! Mostly Harmless! Take off your gym shoes in the front room, and have a pop with your beef.

I always hear soda all over the state of colorado, not just in el paso county...
 
I agree with Mostly Harmless, soda applies to many things, and I didn't know that coke could do that, I can use that info.

In the Netherlands we use the word fris, which litterally means fresh. You discribe any drink excluding coffee, tea and alcohol :) Quite handy, and we all use it ;)
 
just a fizzy drink i always hated pop and soda so American...
