Im looking at your avy, and I like the design in the background. I want a design that's like an illusion, like your going through it, have you ever seen those pics? Yeah, and I want my ign in it somewhere. If you can, make it like, blue and black or like red and black

When I say it to my pictures and go to like TF2 and go to multiplayer and click import. I pick the picture and it says that it is corrupted... what do I do?

Try converting it to vtf and vmt (using vtfedit) and the nimport the vtfs and vmts tp C:/...programfiles/steam/steamapps/[user]/teamfortress2/tf/materials/VGUI/logos
