Problem with eGO Mall?

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but i decided to post my concerns.

Basically, NONE of the links through eGO Mall are working for me. When i questioned the shoutbox last night other people said it worked fine for them.

for example, any time i click the newegg link, it tries to bring to a website "www.apmebf.com" which doesn't exist as far as i know. other links (such as EBgames) bring me to a 404 connection with "click.linksynergy.com".

anyone know what the deal with this is and/or how to fix it?

Those links are portals being used to get TO the Newegg, etc. sites. While your pointer may show those other sites, if you click on them then it will end up resolving to the website that it's supposed to.

If you're having issues getting to those sites, you may have a browser conflict, or it may be a specific problem to your computer or network. What browser are you using? Do you have problems getting to any other secure sites, etc. - outside of eGO?

I'm using Firefox 3; when i asked Kaskade about this, he was using same browser and could get by just fine.

when i hover over the newegg link it gave me something totally new besides that www.apmebf.com thing. i got kqzyfi.com or somethin. i'll try with internet explorer real quick. wait for my edit...

Still sounds like it is a problem with either your computer or your network connection. I get the same things when I hover over the link...but clicking them eventually makes them resolve into their correct destinations. You may want to check your firewall settings - and maybe your computer's security settings for your browsers as well. Make sure your router isn't blocking anything, either.
