TF2 issues

When i run TF2 in full screen it's extremley dark. when i switch it to windowed mode it looks fine. i've reinstalled my vid drivers and hasn't helped. any ideas??

I would get that from time to time but full or windowed it didnt matter. It seemed to be a lighting issue. I still have HDR enabled and run windowed. I dont get it as much but I do when under bright lights. but I am guessing that is how the game is. Last time it was getting real dark i i just restarted the game. worked fine afterwards

i think i figured out what happened, i used nvidia's program to set the screen res instead of using windows. after i fixed that everything went back to normal
