Hey, How do i convert a GIF file into a VMT and a VTF so that when i spray it in CS:S or anything it Moves

This tool will allow you to change most images into VTFs. Make sure you know where to put them tho. I think they're under Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\yourusername\counterstrike\cs\Materials\VGUI\logos. I'm not completely sure since I dont have CS:S but that should give you an idea of where it is. Hmmm... Its a promising site but what u made me DL is a VTF VTM Editor.. and i need to make the GIF into a VMT VTF
