New Halo Game

Yes i know there are some Halo Fans out there that are like "they weren't going to create another Halo"

Well i have news for you. Microsoft announced at Tokyo Games show that they are bringing out the new Halo game, named Halo 3: Recon, to stores near you Fall 2009.

New hero huh? looks like Master Chief is gone. I'm a major fan, I really can't wait for Recon and Halo 3 for the PC. You won't see me for a while when that happens. Still, if Master Chief did die, he'll probably be back. You know how it goes.

Never paid much attention to the Halo series. Played the first, and loved multiplayer, but never got interested enough to buy let alone play the others.

Neat though, of course, I can see many hurting with no more Master Chief.

Eh, I never really could see what everyone else saw in it. It's fun to play multiplayer at LAN parties so you can taunt and get some cool kills, but other than that I never liked them very much.

What I thought was great is that they are not getting rid of the whole cortana aspect. The new Recon hero is going to be helped by the AI of the city. If you watch the end the AI is pointing out where Recon should go. Love to see how that all plays out.

Ok. To be honest I started to hate halo after 2 and 3..Halo 1 was the best IMO. And I think I'll end up getting this anyways, and there's always my brother that buys games =]

ok for those of you who think this is AFTER this is not true. They gave it a Halo 3: Recon name just for lulz, but if they were to name it Halo [insert number here] it would be like a Halo 2.5

It is the story on how Master Chief came to have to return to New Mombasa (Earth) and yes, you are playing as OSDT. That is the story.

Halo is to FPS what Final Fantasy is to RPGs. Mainstream, no innovation...just continuing a plot (or in Halos case, what little plot there is). So I never played beyond Halo 2, it just got too boring and stupid.
