the game on steam, i was wondering if it was just me but does anyone else get bad lag? its weird because that game doesn't look like it requires much graphics. tf2 looks like it would need more but yeah. Are you getting lag there?

Every other game beside AoC and DIPRIP, I dont lag in. When I play DIPRIP and AoC I get these bursts of lag sometimes.

I can get quite bad lag, but yesterday I found a server situated nearby to where I am. Adding it to my favourites I don't get lag on it.

The game currently has bad optimization. Just find a server near you or slog through the lag until they fix it.

Hey guys what is this game like? I never heard of it before... any good? what are the features? I mean I'm enjoy insurgency, so I'm actually getting interested in these mods. Kind of reminds me of the Counter strike beta days.

ins is the best of the releases... aoc is all about timing close combat swings to try and hit something for the time being I'd say its worth giving a go... it takes a while to get used to...

I played on a server with 50 ping and still got big lag, I changed server and the lag stopped so it's probably the server settings

Ya lag has been an issue for me aswell on AOC but insurgency plays fine and that is the better of all the new mods in my opinion lol

I get a TERRIBLE lag on that mod.
I just kinda gave up on it. lol

Great concept, so-so execution. I know it's more realistic, but everything is SO slow in AOC. I guess it has to be since there is no lag compensation. I was playing with 18 ping, 0 loss and around 30-40fps earlier and could hardly hit anything but air.

No but in insur. i get the worst lag EVER.
