Whenever I exit Steam (Or maybe its a coincidence) no one on my network can access the internet. Can anyone help me?

Hmmm.... that's indeed strange. What OS are you using? Can you post your computer specs, DXDiag, and the type of router you have (if you have one). This is one of those things that's hard to diagnose without being there. ;D
