insurgency prob

i have a prob with insurgency.. every time i go into a server and it starts downloading then it stops at that retreiving server info (or whatever it is) and then game just stucks... can someone help me?

Do you have a high ping? If so you could be timing out. Does your internet cut out or anything like that as well?

no nothin like that... i usually have low ping

Its probably the same problem alot pf people have been having, when you boot the game, leave all of your graphics settings alone and you should be fine

man one prob bout insurgency that there are no cancel button..
btw i got that prob by reinstalling but i have prob that it doesnt sometimes continue loading from that sending client info...

EDIT: another prob i think... i went into our server and it moved on from that sending client info thing... but anyways it threw out of the game... whats wrong now?

You might try going into your game folder and deleting clientregistry.blog . I had a similar problem with CSS at one point and that was my fix. Additionally, try entering this in your launch options for the game (right click on game>properties>launch options) -dxlevel 80. this will lower the software level your game uses and can fix some graphics issues that might be causing a system hang. Be mindful, these are only fixes I have used for CSS problems. But its all source, so give it a try. Let me know if it works or not and Ill try to help with some more troubleshooting

I think it might just be slow for you. For me, the retrieving server info. thing takes a while to get to sending client info. and then it takes a little while to get to the map loaded part. Try joining a random server and just wait a while and see what happens. If all fails, go to the technical support section in the forums.
