Yay for cheap work-arounds!

My older KVM switch crapped out on me recently, so I was looking for a cheap way to control a couple of PCs from one keyboard. Well, it doesn't get much cheaper than free!!

This is a great piece of software that allows you to control multiple computers (with different OSes) from a single set of input devices. Works like a charm, and a whole lot cheaper than any of the KVM switches on the market right now ;-)

Screenshots? cause I am at school and cannot goto youtube D:. Looks pretty neat, but cannot work for mac os x (my school computer.)

It'll work on macs and linux - you just have to make sure you're downloading the correct version. Each computer needs to be connected to a network and then just follow the directions they give you. Might be more complicated on a school network depending on the safety protocols they have set up.

Also make sure you dont mind people in your network having the possibility of spying on you unless you set up ssh. I love the program and its hard to beat free software that works on almost any computer.
