Low FPS in dod:s

Well yesterday i was running around 50 fps on dod:s which wasn't bad, but today i joined and i was only pulling around 18 fps for some odd reason.

All settings are on the lowest detail.

Here is the system info, is it enough to run this? It's a laptop by the way.

This may sound weird but, have you dusted out your computer and video card fan. On my old computer I randomly just started getting 2-8 frames when I knew I could get at least 30 or so frames. I checked my video card fan and found a load of dust on it and dusted it off with one of those compressed air cans and it came back up to speed. I didn't look at any of those processes that empty asked but some may cause problems to, if you use xfire while playing I suggest you turn that off too.

Edit: Oh my how random, im getting 60 fps again out of nowhere.
