I have battlefield 2 and battlefield BC, I think that BC was pretty good but I don't play it that much anymore... was getting tired of the gold rush for a while...

Own all but Modern combat and Northern Strike, but have only not played NS. Best would be BF2 because of the voip support and squads, but if Vietnam had that, it is better in every single other way.

i played Battlefield: Desert Combat (not on the list) for years. That was my favorite because it mixed 1942 with the weapons of BF2, which meant some of the more annoying UI problems with BF2 weren't there.

All told, I really do love BF2, though I've only got the Euro, Spec forces, and Armed expacs. And for some reason the Tampa map never worked for me.

I do own BF: Vietnam and the only good thing about that game imho is the soundtrack.

I've got BF 2142 but as of last attempts (over a year ago) I couldn't get it to work with Vista. I think it has something to do with my security settings and punkbuster... does that with cod 4 too

actually it has more than 1 game mode. you have to do research, but you can actually do 3 game types: conquest (obvious), cant remember the 2nd, & racing being the 3rd (even tho i havent heard much bout the racing one in a while). also bf2 was my fav & played it for a while, but got tired of it & stopped playin it after a while.
