Can someone help me add a tf2 pyro skin im confused!!!!!!!!!1

Yeah i do http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/46150 Heres the skin. its instaleld and everything i just cant set it up.

Browse to My Computer -> Local Disk (usually C: ) -> Program Files -> Steam (there may be a Valve folder between Program Files and Steam) -> Steamapps -> *YOUR ACCOUNT NAME* -> team fortress 2 -> tf -> materials
drag and drop the MODELS folder from the zip file into that materials folder and you should be good to go!
